 The 10% counts.....  The Philippines is over populated with abandened cats and dogs, starving and struggling to survive; having litter after litter. Imagine a country where dog meat is eaten and kittens are thrown into bags and dumped alive! Anyway no more depressing facts.
I have joined an organistion called CARA (Compassion and Responsibility to Animals) http://www.carphil.org who are trying to help the situation by spaying and neutering at low cost. This is where you come in, for every portrait you commission I will donate 10% to neutering/spaying a cat. Luckily due to the generousity of some kind vets and CARA, I can get spaying and neutering done at very reduced prices. So even if you order the most reasonably priced portrait, I can get an animal spayed or neutered with that 10%. Therefore you are helping a cat lead a happier life and helping in a small way to curb the over population in the Philippines.
